K3 Business Law (Global)
Syllabus for exams from July 2027 to August 2028. Build knowledge of the legal systems and the areas of business law that matter for international business: contracts, transport terms, company law, insolvency, criminal law and intellectual property.
About this exam
K3 is new. In ACCA's transition guidance, the closest current exam is LW Corporate and Business Law, which is an Applied Skills exam today. ACCA publishes a Global (GLO) and an England (ENG) variant. This page follows the Global variant. K3 has no practice questions of its own yet. The LW (Global) notes and practice questions cover most of the same topics, so use those for revision.
