We read every message. Write to [email protected].
What you can write to us about
- Questions about how to use the site or a tool.
- Requests for more exams. Tell us the exam, board or awarding body, the class or level, and the subjects you need.
- Tool and feature ideas. If a calculator, a file tool or a test mode would help you, describe what it should do. What people ask for decides what gets built next.
- A tool that did not work. Tell us which tool, what you were trying to do and what happened instead.
- Corrections. If something on a page could be better, send the page address and what you would change.
- Feedback on what works, what is confusing and what is missing.
- Partnerships and other enquiries. Schools, tutors and organisations are welcome to get in touch.
To help us reply
- Put a short subject in your email, for example "Request: Class 10 Urdu questions".
- Include the page address if you are writing about a particular page.
- For a file tool, tell us the browser and device, and roughly how large the file was.
- Please do not attach the file you were working on. The tools are built so your documents never reach us, and a description of the problem is enough.
Quick checks for a file tool
- Try a current version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari. An old browser is the most common reason a tool does nothing.
- Reload the page and try a smaller version of the same job, such as the first few pages of a large PDF.
- On a phone, try a computer. A phone has far less memory, and video and large PDFs are the first things to run out of it.
Common questions
- A tool said my file was too big.
- Very large files are limited by your own device's memory. Try a computer rather than a phone, or split the document first.
- My PDF came out empty.
- If it is a scan, there is no text inside it to take. That is the document, not the tool.
- Can you recover a file I lost?
- No. Files are processed on your device and never reach us, so we hold no copy. Keep your original until you have checked the result.
- Who reads the messages?
- They go to the operator of the site, named on the about page. For anything about privacy, see the privacy policy.
