Presets include 600 × 600, 413 × 531, 1920 × 1080, 1080 × 1080 and 1080 × 1920. These are convenient dimensions, not an acceptance guarantee. The tool re-exports images and cannot create missing detail when enlarging a small source.

Set a width and height in pixels, up to 12000, or pick a preset: passport photo, visa photo, Full HD, a social square or a story size. With Keep the original shape switched on, you give the width and the height follows each picture's own proportions, so nothing is squashed.
With it switched off, or when you pick a preset, the exact width and height are forced. That stretches or squashes a picture that is a different shape, because the tool resizes rather than crops. If you need a particular shape, use Crop & rotate first and then resize.
Making an image bigger does not add detail, it only enlarges what is there, so a small picture will look soft. The same size is applied to every file in a batch.
The result keeps the format of the original, with PNG and WebP staying as they are and other types saved as JPG. The quality slider, 40 to 98 percent, only matters for JPG and WebP. To change the format as well, use Convert format.
