Where your files go

Nowhere.

Other sites ask you to send them your contract, your passport scan or your photos. This one does the work on your own device instead, so there is nothing to send.

Don’t take our word for it

Anyone can promise they delete your files afterwards. You cannot check that promise, and you have no way of knowing who else touched the file in between.

You can check ours in about ten seconds, twice over. Open a tool, then turn off your wifi or mobile data. It keeps working, which would be impossible if your file were being sent somewhere to be processed.

Then open your browser’s developer tools, watch the network panel, and use a tool. Your file is not in the list. It was never sent.

So where does my file actually go?

Into the page you already have open, and nowhere else. When you close the tab it is gone.

Do you keep a copy?

We cannot. Your file never reaches us, so there is nothing for us to store, lose or be asked to hand over.

Why is there no sign-up?

Accounts exist so a site can track usage and charge for server time. Neither applies here.

Is it safe for confidential documents?

That is exactly what it is for. Nothing leaves the device you are holding.

Why no file-size limit?

Limits exist to control bandwidth costs. The only real limit here is your own device, a very large file on an old phone may run out of memory, and we will tell you before it does.

Does it work with no connection?

Yes, once a tool has been opened once. You can also add the site to your home screen and it behaves like an installed app.
