A tool that failed on your file is the most useful thing you can send us, it is how the next version gets fixed.
Which tool, what you were trying to do, and what happened instead. If you know the size of the file and roughly how many pages it had, that helps, most failures are about size or an unusual way the file was made.
Please do not attach the file itself. We built this site so that your documents never reach us, and we would rather keep it that way. A description of the problem is enough.
Asking for a tool that does not exist yet is welcome too. What people ask for decides what gets built next.
Very large files are limited by your own device’s memory, not by us. Try it on a computer rather than a phone, or split the document first.
If it is a scan, there is no text inside it to take. That is the document, not the tool.
