GIC2 submission checker

What this checks

• The file is a PDF under the size limit, and it has a real text layer (scanned or photographed pages are not accepted).
• Your learner number and name are in the footer of every page.
• Your Learning Partner's name does not appear in the document (optional check).
• Each section of the NEBOSH template is present, with the suggested word counts and the numbered topics.
• Section 2 has at least 10 hazards from at least 5 different NEBOSH hazard categories.
• There are no photographs or drawings in the body of the pages.
• The file name to use when you upload.

It does not mark your work. A clean result says nothing about the quality of your risk assessment, and the rules were built from NEBOSH's documents listed on the sources page. NEBOSH's own instructions and your Learning Partner always come first. It was tested on sample files made for the purpose. If a result looks wrong for a file made from the real template, compare it with the guidance.
